- Employee Self Service, ESS -->
Lets take the myth out - Employee Self Service is nothing but a User Interface on your desktop
through which an employee can access company's Human Resource systems easily. Two major benefits of
an ESS is 1) it can be accessed from any PC as long as it can go to the web and 2) the HR department
can enhance its efficiency by pushing administrative burden and responsibilties to the empoloyees. Also,
if the ESS is outsourced, the HR department does not have to worry about systems support and maintenance
which in turn will free up time and help them focus on core business (which is HR). This seminar will
cover the basic concept of ESS and MSS, what is required to implement it economically, its benefits
and ROI. Coming soon!!
